Dolphin Wade Program
This is a waist deep dolphin interaction program which gives you a chance to meet our dolphins up close and personal, while standing comfortably in waist deep water.This program is Fun and Easy! Our dolphins will come to you for interactive behaviors like body rubs, handshakes or kisses. You will also learn to give them signals and have them do things like dance or sing with you. All interactions with our dolphin family takes place while standing in shallow water. We are currently accepting participant's ages 3 years & up. Due to the water depth, participants must be at least 4 feet 6 inches tall in order to participate on their own. If they do not meet the height requirement, they must have a participating adult to hold them in the water.

Contact is guaranteed.
Swimmers must be 7 years old and comfortable in the water.

December 26 trip add $125 per hotel room.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations made prior to 48 hours before departure will be refunded less $70 handling fee per person.
All re-scheduling will attract a $20 handling fee per person.
All cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will be charged at full cost.
No refund will be made to "No-Show" guests.

Q: Where are the swim facilities located?
A: Key Largo, Florida.

Q: Will we be allowed to touch the dolphins?
A: Structured Program involves direct contact with the dolphins. The program will begin with an educational briefing about these dolphins and a description of the behaviors and the types of contact with the dolphins, followed by the structured session. Contact is guaranteed but the type of the interaction may vary depending on the dolphin and the instructor.

Q: Do I need to know how to swim?
A: Participants should be comfortable in the water, and flotation devices will be required.

Q: What are the age requirements?
A: Participants 7 years old and older will be accepted. Those 7 to 12 years old must be accompanied in the program by a participating parent or guardian. Anyone ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a participating or observing parent or guardian.

Q: Will we be using equipment?
A: There is no free swimming or diving in this program. Mask, snorkel, and fins will not be used.

Q: What is the charge for non-swimmers?
A: Adults $10.00. Spectators must accompany a participating swimmer.

Q: What is the payment policy?
A: Confirmed appointments should be purchased in advance with cash, Visa / MasterCard, or money order. Upon payment, program information and driving directions will be mailed or faxed to you.

Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A: Your payment is refundable, except for a $10.00 service charge, providing cancellation is made no less than 7 days prior to scheduled program date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to program date will be refunded at the rate of 50%of the total purchase price. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours or for those who do not show up for scheduled programs.

Q: What is the rescheduling policy?
A: No penalty involved if rescheduling to an earlier date/time if space is available. Last minute changes (within 48 hours of scheduled time/date) will be charged a rescheduling fee of $10.00 per swimmer. this part goes in the dolphin swim.

Q: Are cameras allowed?
A: PHOTOGRAPHY: Still cameras may be used (both surface and underwater). NO UNDERWATER FLASH IS ALLOWED. Surface use of TV or movie cameras is also allowed, but not underwater. The gift shop normally carries a supply of 35mm film and has cameras (for both surface and underwater use). Arrangements can also be made in advance to have a personal video made of your session.

DOLPHIN TOUR TIMES

DAY 1

Depart Orlando 7.00 a.m. Arrive at rest area 9.00AM. Leave rest area 9.30 sharp!
Arrive Key Largo 12 Noon Receive hotel room keys.

12.30 p.m. - Those Swimmers booked for the 12.45 p.m. swim on the bus - with bathing suits on Make sure you bring your towels
2.45pm - Swimmers booked for the 3pm sessions,also with towels and bathing suits on.

5.30pm Evening Barbeque on the beach don't be Late!!

Soda is free; alcohol is not please bring your own. Please take as much food as you can eat.

DAY 2

Continental Breakfast in reception 7.30 a.m. till 9 a.m.

8.30am on the bus, depart Key Largo
9.00 a.m. Arrive at Everglades time to look around and get snacks (they are slow).

9.50 Meet at Airboat boarding area
10.30 Be at Snake Island for snake & Alligator shows.
11.00 Back on the bus for just 1 hour

Then We're in MIAMI

12.00 p.m. we arrive in Bay Side. This is a fabulous addition to your trip we have an abundance of shops, boutiques and restaurants where the rich and famous hang out.

4.00 P.m. On the bus for return to Orlando. This is a straight through run so make sure you eat before boarding the bus. Bus arrives Orlando approximately 7.30 pm

Everybody will be split into groups for their swim [Spectators go with the swimmers but do not get wet].
Swim No.1 ------------------------------------------(First Day) 12.45 p.m.

Swim No.2-------------------------------------------------(First Day) 3pm.

Videos of your swim - These are available for $99 (converted to UK format), ask your guide NOW, as Video's cannot be arranged at the time of your swim. When adverse weather is encountered videos cannot be shot, (all tax included).

Star Island Cruise An absolute must! This is fantastic! See the homes of Tom Cruise, Gloria Estevan, and Julio Iglasias to name but a few. See your Guide (as space does need to be reserved on the 1st Day). Additional charge of $15 adult & $7.00 child.

Guides and drivers rely heavily on gratuity, it is recommended $2.00 per person per Day as a standard tip.
